KITTIE. Yup, that girl metal band that many of you learned about when the nu metal bug bit you.  Thinking musically, whenever KITTIE is brought up in conversation, everyone is quick to mention their breakthrough album, Spit, and that's it.  If you did happen to follow the band after Spit, you'd be quick to learn that they've continued to grow more extreme on the riff side.  Their latest release, The New Black, shows KITTIE at arguably their most metal.    Careful, don't call it cute, because they've got a ton of ferocious tracks.  “Cut Throat” for example shows KITTIE mastermind Morgan Lander at her best in both...
