St. Louie's finest STORY OF THE YEAR is back with one of the most anticipated releases of 2010, their Epitaph Records release, The Constant.  You could say the band has really matured, but I think they've already reached that level of maturity with The Black Swan.  If anything, STORY OF THE YEAR shows how they are a great example of a hard working band that stays consistent, keeps their sound and ethics, and at the same time makes sure not to make the same album twice.  The Constant is a stepping stone you could say.  No, it's not the classic Page Avenue, but a valuable piece of the puzzle for any STORY OF THE YEAR fan, so I definitely claim it of hig...
