ARCH ENEMY are almost like a cult - they have quite a loyal fanbase awaiting their every move.  They are also a perfect beginner metal band for those who all of a sudden want to be a metalhead but are blind to the amazing metal underground scene; yet still don't want to be ridiculed for secretly listening to Attack Attack.  The Amott brothers (Michael and Christopher) have and will always be fretboard wizards, and they are the main selling point to ARCH ENEMY, though many will argue that Angela Gossow is because of her activist way of life.  The way I see it: there's plenty of metal musicians trying to make a positive impact, and if Angela was a dude with a dude nam... The newest offering from the Winds Of Plague entitled "The Great Stone War," up brings an arrangement of surprises one being a well-balanced blend of previous works with novel noted details that make this album take a giant leap right into the guide lines of the follow-up later on down the line. "The Great Stone War," is your average concept based album telling a narrative storyline of various characters going through their situations leading up to apocalyptic battles when the Earth is in danger.
